Tasks and Responsibilities:

Engaging with the audience and responding to inquiries:

Respond to comments and private messages professionally and in a timely manner.

Manage dialogue with followers and increase engagement through contests, polls, and interactive questions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

Prepare periodic reports on campaign and content performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Research and Development:

Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and propose innovative campaign ideas.

Study the market and competitors to understand how to enhance the company’s strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing social media platforms.
• Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.

Skills:

• Excellent and creative writing skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
