The Role of F&B Hostess: We are currently seeking a creative, talented full-time F&B Hostess for Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza that is well-mannered, visionary, passionate and has a deep understanding of the hospitality concept to join our team. Our F&B Hostess is expected to possess the ability to follow proper payroll & uniform procedures, the ability to set up the hostess stand, r eview reservations and make recommendations according to the set up of the room, the ability to open the restaur ant for business at the prescribed time each shift, the ability to inspect cleanliness of each section of the dining room and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set, the ability to pick up the daily menus and insert them properly in their covers, the ability to pickup the daily menus and list to ensure their condition and appearance and also the ability to assign seatings taking into account service stand ards.

Having the reading, writing & fluent oral proficiency in the English language and 6 month to 1 year previous Food & Beverage experience.
