Job Description:We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Zamalek.
This opportunity is open to Fresh Graduates who are passionate about sales and eager to build a successful career in Real Estate.
Responsibilities:
* Handle and follow up with potential clients.* Present and promote available properties according to clients’ needs.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.* Follow up with leads throughout the sales process.* Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.* Conduct property visits and assist clients throughout the sales process.* Collect, update, and maintain accurate property inventory data.* Coordinate with the team to ensure all property information is updated and accurate.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree is required.* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.* Military status must be completed, exempted, or officially postponed.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.* Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented.* Presentable and professional.* Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus.
