We are seeking a Business Development Engineer to join our Business Development Department.
Qualifications:*Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.*3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Sales, or a related role, preferably within the Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Consultancy industry.*Good understanding of the Engineering and Construction market.*Ability to identify potential business opportunities, clients, and projects.*Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.*Ability to understand clients’ requirements and coordinate effectively with internal technical teams.*Good understanding of proposals, and project requirements is preferred.*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel.*Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.*Strong attention to detail.*Excellent command of English.
Responsibilities: *Identify and research potential clients, projects, and business opportunities.*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.*Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.*Follow up on potential business opportunities and maintain an updated pipeline of leads and prospects.*Coordinate with clients and internal technical teams to understand project requirements and business needs.*Support the preparation of client presentations, company profiles, proposals, and other business development materials.*Review technical and commercial proposals to ensure alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and overall business strategy before submission.*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that proposals and submissions are complete, accurate, and professionally presented.*Participate in client meetings, presentations, and networking activities when required.*Maintain accurate records and reports related to business development activities and opportunities.*Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to support the company’s business growth objectives.
