About the job Alpha Omega Egypt is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team in 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt.???? Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain employee personnel files, contracts, HR documents, employee movements, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Handle and follow up on Social Insurance transactions, including employee registration, termination, amendments, records, and related requirements. Handle Labor Office requirements, inspections, official requests, and government-related HR transactions. Monitor and manage daily attendance, absence, and leave records, investigate discrepancies, and prepare related reports. Perform daily and weekly HR operational activities, including employee requests, manpower movements, HR transactions, data updates, and pending actions. Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes with proper documentation. Maintain accurate HR databases, trackers, and reports and provide HR data and analysis to management. Coordinate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Production, Administration, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.???? Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / Personnel, preferably in a manufacturing or textile/apparel environment. Strong practical experience with Social Insurance and Labor Office procedures. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor regulations and HR documentation. Strong knowledge of attendance, leave, personnel records, and employee movements. Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
