The company values accuracy, integrity, and strong communication in all aspects of its operations. Role Description The Export Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The person in this role will prepare, review, and manage export documentation to ensure compliance with international regulations and customer requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating with logistics providers, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to arrange shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve any issues or delays. The Export Specialist will communicate with clients and partners regarding order status, documentation needs, and regulatory updates, providing timely customer service and support. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and supporting continuous improvement in export processes and procedures. Strong skills on Nafeza system. Qualifications Strong skills in Export Documentation and Export processes, with attention to regulatory compliance and accuracy. Experience in Export operations, including coordinating shipments and working with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work with trade-related software, spreadsheets, and documentation management tools. Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and basic customs requirements is highly beneficial. Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
