Job Title: Lean Six Sigma Engineer Company Name : Elsewedy Electric E&C
Job Purpose: Drive process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the E&C Sector by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, improve performance, and support governance standardization objectives across Business Units.
Key Accountabilities: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and standardization across Business Units. Evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for optimization, waste reduction, and operational excellence. Facilitate the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve business performance and process capability. Support data-driven decision-making through process analysis, performance measurement, and improvement reporting. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practice adoption across the sector.
HSE Responsibilities Comply with all applicable Elsewedy Electric QHSE policies, procedures, and requirements. Promote a safe working environment and report any identified risks or unsafe conditions. Support continuous improvement of health, safety, environmental, and quality performance. Participate in relevant QHSE awareness and compliance activities.
Job Requirements: - Years of experience: 3–6 years of experience in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality Management, or related fields.-Preferred Experience within EPC, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering environments. Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.-Preferred Relevant Postgraduate studies in Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or Business Improvement Professional Certificates:-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Mandatory)-Preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
