OPay is looking to hire an Outdoor Sales Representative with the following requirements: - Execute the distribution of POS devices within the specified work area. - Organize sales visits and follow up on merchant requests according to the instructions of the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. - Maintain relationships with merchants to ensure continuous growth, achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Identify and follow up on new business opportunities by searching for potential clients. - Take responsibility for the daily work plan (sales targets, updating client cards, etc.). - Ensure understanding merchant needs and problems and collaboratively provide support to improve customer satisfaction. - Achieve or exceed sales targets. - Collect payments from merchants on time and deposit them into the bank. - Send a daily sales report to the Sales Supervisor. Qualifications: - High or intermediate qualification. - Available for fresh graduates and those with experience in electronic payments and FMCG. - 0-2 years of experience. - Possess negotiation skills with merchants. - Completed or exempted from military service.
