WE’RE HIRING | Senior Sales Representative – Industrial Machinery & Equipment Techno Service is expanding its commercial team and looking for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in supplying machinery, equipment, processing, and packaging solutions to the Pharmaceutical and Food Industries. We are looking for someone who already understands the market, has a strong professional network, and knows how to build long-term relationships, understand customer requirements, develop the right technical-commercial solution, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities• Develop new business opportunities within the Pharmaceutical and Food industries.• Manage and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.• Promote machinery, processing equipment, packaging lines, and industrial solutions.• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate suitable solutions with international manufacturers and suppliers.• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers.• Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and project follow-ups.• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle. Requirements✅ Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in machinery, industrial equipment, processing, and/or packaging solutions.✅ Previous experience dealing with Pharmaceutical and/or Food manufacturers is highly preferred.✅ Strong existing network and relationships within the target industries.✅ Bachelor’s degree in:Engineering Pharmacy Scienceor another relevant technical field.✅ Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.✅ Strong ability to understand customer needs and convert them into suitable technical and commercial solutions.✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, professional, and capable of independently developing new business.✅ Good command of English.????
