We Are Hiring: Maintenance Manager EMAJ for Trading & Engineering A Leading Company in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Solutions
Location: El Nozha – Heliopolis2 Days off (Friday & Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:· Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring timely execution and rapid response to equipment breakdowns.· Manage annual maintenance contracts, warranty, and non-warranty services in line with agreed service levels.· Control the maintenance budget, optimize operating costs, and monitor spare parts consumption and availability.· Develop and improve maintenance SOPs and operational processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer service.· Monitor maintenance KPIs, recurring failures, and team performance, and implement corrective and improvement actions.
Job Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or a relevant discipline.· 10–15 years of experience, including 5–7 years in managerial roles.· Strong technical knowledge of commercial kitchen, hot equipment, and refrigeration systems.· Proven experience in preventive & corrective maintenance, contracting, and team management.· Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a good command of English.
