Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support English Speaker role based in Cairo. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. The Customer Support English Speaker will document interactions in the system, follow established procedures, and escalate complex cases when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high service quality, meeting performance targets, collaborating with team members, and adhering to company policies and guidelines. The role also requires active participation in coaching and training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree
· English Level: B2 – B2+
· Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
· Ability to work in a structured, target‑driven environment
· Flexibility to work rotational shifts
