AM Logistics is hiring an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cairo. This position is specifically for sales professionals with direct experience in the freight forwarding industry and a proven ability to develop new B2B business. As an early member of our commercial team, you will have the opportunity not only to generate business but also to contribute to the development of our sales function and grow with the company. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B customers. Develop business across Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, and Inland Transportation. Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies. Understand customers' shipping requirements and develop suitable logistics solutions. Coordinate with Pricing and Operations to prepare competitive quotations. Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into shipments. Negotiate rates and commercial terms while maintaining healthy gross profit. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular activity and performance reports. Follow up with customers throughout the commercial relationship. Work closely with Operations to ensure proper handover and service delivery. Achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets. Mandatory Requirements Please apply only if you meet the following requirements:3–5 years of direct sales experience in freight forwarding. Proven experience in new customer acquisition/business development. Hands-on experience selling Ocean Freight – FCL/LCL. Good knowledge of Air Freight. Understanding of freight quotations, Incoterms, shipping processes, and international logistics. Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good command of English. Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded. Based in Cairo / Greater Cairo. Important: This vacancy requires previous freight-forwarding sales experience. General sales experience or unrelated logistics experience does not meet the requirements for this position.
