Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate BIM implementation across project design and construction phases. Review and ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements. Coordinate BIM models between design consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure proper integration across disciplines. Monitor model development and ensure alignment with project schedules and deliverables. Support clash detection, model coordination, and design validation processes. Ensure accurate BIM data management and model updates throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support and guidance on BIM processes, workflows, and best practices. Prepare BIM reports and coordination updates for project management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related discipline. Professional certifications in BIM management or digital construction are an advantage. Experience10–12 years of experience in BIM management or digital design coordination. Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Previous experience with international consultancies or major development programs is preferred. Skills Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and digital design processes. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM platforms. Experience with clash detection and model coordination workflows. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
