About the Role We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team in Alexandria. The role will be responsible for leading and developing landscape design projects across multiple stages, while ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and effective project coordination. The position will also involve mentoring junior team members and supporting the delivery of consultancy projects.
Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and development of landscape design packages and technical drawings. Develop softscape, hardscape, irrigation, and planting concepts. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, and Urban Planning. Review project deliverables, drawings, specifications, and material selections. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination workshops. Supervise and mentor junior Landscape Architects and support their technical development. Ensure compliance with project standards, local regulations, and company procedures. Support project planning, resource allocation, and proposal preparation activities. Participate in site visits and oversee design implementation when required.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.7–10 years of relevant experience. Strong experience in landscape consultancy and urban development projects. Advanced knowledge of landscape materials, irrigation systems, hardscape, and softscape design. Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
