Job Summary: The role is focusing on overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows and Business Process Management (BPM) systems to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes
Job Responsibilities:Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of workflow and BPM applications. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automated workflows and BPM systems. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and design tailored automation solutions. Develop and implement an enterprise-wide automation strategy that aligns with organizational objectives. Create and manage a roadmap for workflow and BPM system enhancements and upgrades. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in automation solutions. Ensure seamless integration of BPM and workflow systems with core applications, including ERP, CRM, and core banking platforms. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Oversee data flows between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Act as the primary point of contact between the IT department and business units for automation projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize automation initiatives based on business needs and ROI. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress, challenges, and impact of automation initiatives. Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to workflow and BPM systems. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Ensure minimal disruption to business processes during system changes or upgrades.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specializing in workflow or BPM systems. Proven experience in implementing and managing automation solutions in a complex enterprise environment for manager. Strong expertise in Temenos T24, including its architecture, modules, and integration points. Hands-on experience with T24 system upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
