قيادة وإدارة فريق QA/QC وتوفير التدريب والتطوير.
تطبيق وصيانة أنظمة الجودة وسلامة الغذاء HACCP وGMP والنظافة.
مراقبة الجودة من المواد الواردة وإنتاج الدواجن مروراً بالمعالجة والمنتجات النهائية.
إجراء التدقيقات الداخلية/الخارجية وضمان إغلاق النتائج.
إدارة إجراءات التشغيل القياسية وسجلات الجودة والوثائق والتتبّع.
ضمان معايرة وصيانة معدات التفتيش والاختبار بشكل صحيح.
قيادة تحقيقات RCA وCAPA وعدم المطابقة وشكاوى العملاء.
مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء للجودة والعيوب وإعادة العمل والهدر وعود العملاء.
قيادة التحسين المستمر باستخدام Lean وSix Sigma و5S.
التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والبيطرة والهندسة والمشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد.
إدارة جودة الموردين والقيام بدور جهة الاتصال الرئيسية للجودة للعملاء والسلطات المراقبة.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الجودة أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10+ سنوات.
فهم قوي لوظائف QA وQC معاً.
مهارات قيادية وتواصل وإدارة فريق قوية.
Lead and manage the QA/QC team and provide training and development.
Implement and maintain quality, food safety, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene systems.
Monitor quality from incoming materials and poultry production through processing and finished products.
Conduct internal/external audits and ensure closure of findings.
Manage SOPs, quality records, documentation, and traceability.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
Lead RCA, CAPA, non-conformity, and customer complaint investigations.
Monitor quality KPIs, defects, rework, wastage, and customer returns.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S.
Coordinate with Production, Veterinary, Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
Manage supplier quality and act as the main quality contact for customers and auditors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
Minimum 10+ years of experience .
Strong understanding of both QA and QC functions.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
