S. homeowners, build trust, negotiate effectively and close purchase agreements. Previous real-estate experience is not required. We are primarily looking for strong sales professionals with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Previous B2B sales experience is strongly preferred. ???? What You’ll Do
Contact and follow up with warm homeowner leads—no cold calling Build genuine rapport and understand each homeowner’s situation Ask effective questions, identify motivation and handle objections Present offers and confidently negotiate pricing and terms Secure signed purchase agreements Maintain organized and consistent follow-up Collaborate with our Disposition and Transaction teams Meet clearly defined activity, contract and revenue targets
???? Training, Structure and Support
You will not be expected to figure out U. S. real estate on your own. Extensive training will be provided upon joining, covering U. S. real estate, property evaluation, seller psychology, negotiation, objection handling and contract closing. A proven sales process, call structure and detailed SOPs are already in place to guide you through every stage of the call. You will also have access to supporting systems and property-analysis tools that make evaluating opportunities and presenting offers clear and manageable. Your responsibility is to learn the process, follow it consistently, accept coaching and continuously improve through practice and feedback.
???? Who We’re Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English Clear, natural communication that connects well with U. S. homeowners AUC, IG or a comparable English-language educational background is preferred At least two years of sales, negotiation or closing experience B2B sales experience is strongly preferred A proven sales record, supported by measurable results, targets or achievements Real-estate experience is welcome but not required Hungry, competitive and financially motivated Confident without having an ego Highly coachable and willing to follow established processes and SOPsEmotionally intelligent, persuasive and able to think quickly Consistent with follow-up and comfortable being held accountable Able to work U. S. business hours aligned with EST/CSTComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Base salary: $700 USD per month Commission: $500–$2,000 USD per fully closed deal Monthly performance incentive: Up to $1,000 USDOpportunities to advance into a Senior Closer or leadership position
Your earning potential is driven by your performance. Strong closers who consistently produce results can build substantial monthly income.
