We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead the growth & marketing strategy across a portfolio of fast-growing e-commerce brands operating in the GCC.
This is not a standard media-buying position.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full growth engine — identifying opportunities, building strategies, leading marketers, improving performance, and creating a clear path to scalable and profitable growth.
What You’ll Own• Overall growth strategy across multiple e-commerce brands• Meta, Google, Tik Tok and Snapchat acquisition strategy• Advertising budget allocation and scaling decisions• Creative strategy and structured creative testing• Offers, promotions, bundles and pricing experiments• Conversion rate optimization across Shopify stores• Customer acquisition cost, MER, ROAS, AOV and profitability• Retention strategy across Email, SMS and Whats App• Competitor and market research• New channel testing and expansion• Marketing reporting and performance analysis• Managing and directing marketers and creative teams• Building marketing systems, SOPs and testing frameworks• Using AI and automation to improve marketing speed and decision-making
Who We’re Looking For You should have strong experience in DTC / e-commerce growth, preferably with brands selling physical consumer products.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:• Proven experience scaling e-commerce revenue• Strong Meta Ads, Google Ads and additional acquisition channels• Strong understanding of Shopify and conversion optimization• Experience developing creative and advertising strategies• Excellent analytical and decision-making ability• Experience managing marketers or growth teams• Understanding of GCC / Middle East consumers is highly valuable• Strong English communication skills
