Job Details

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join our NGO. In this role, you will handle core human resources functions, including talent acquisition, personnel administration, employee relations, and onboarding operations. Your efforts will directly support organizational growth, maintain full legal compliance, and foster a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for entry to mid-level roles, from sourcing and screening to conducting initial interviews and extending offers. Oversee personnel administration, maintain accurate employee files, and ensure full compliance with labor laws and social insurance regulations. Coordinate daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and preparing monthly payroll inputs. Lead comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace relations issues, and support internal engagement initiatives. Assist in tracking periodic performance reviews and coordinating employee training and development logistics.
Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. Solid knowledge of labor law regulations, personnel operations, and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience working with HRIS or ATS platforms. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
