We’re Hiring: Junior Social Media, Content & PR Specialist | Truffles Truffles is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Junior Social Media, Content & PR Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, brand storytelling, and public relations, and who is excited to help strengthen Truffles’ presence across digital channels, media, and brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of Truffles’ social media and content calendar Create engaging photo, video, Reels, Stories, and short-form content for social platforms Write captions, campaign copy, press materials, and brand communications aligned with Truffles’ tone of voice Assist with content shoots, including ideation, preparation, styling, and execution Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement across social media channels Monitor social media trends, formats, sounds, and emerging content opportunities Support PR activities, including press releases, media outreach, press requests, and brand announcements Help build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, content creators, and relevant brand partners Coordinate influencer gifting, collaborations, events, launches, and PR activations Maintain media and influencer contact lists and assist with follow-ups Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and other teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions Track social media, influencer, and PR performance and help identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth Monitor relevant media coverage, competitor activity, and industry trends What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Advertising, or a related field0–2 years of relevant experience; talented fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other major social platforms Genuine interest in PR, influencer marketing, media relations, and brand communications A creative eye for photography, video, composition, and visual storytelling Basic video editing and content creation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident writing captions, short-form copy, press materials, and professional communications Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Awareness of current social media, cultural, lifestyle, and content trends Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus A portfolio or examples of previous social media, content, or PR work are highly appreciated Why Join Truffles?
