Job role: Field position aimed at identifying and contracting retailers in Egypt to establish collection and receipt points for the Amazon delivery network (Hub Delivery). Main responsibilities• Visit designated stores daily to assess suitability for the project.• Evaluate stores based on location, foot traffic, capacity, and owner willingness.• Record visit data and geographic location (GPS) via the AppSheet app.• Communicate with store owners and explain the benefits of partnering with Amazon.• Send promising opportunities to the Business Development Manager (BDM) for contracting.• Adhere to the route plan and the required number of daily visits.• Provide a daily report with observations, objections, and competitors.Basic requirements:• 1-3 years of field sales or promotion experience.• High communication and persuasion skills with store owners.• Physical fitness to move and work in the field daily.• Proficiency with smartphones and applications (GPS).• Excellent Arabic with basic English language concepts.Preferred:• Previous experience in shipping and logistics or e-commerce.• Proficiency in using Google Maps and field data entry tools.Health and social insurance, two days off Friday and Saturday, salary 7000 basic + 1500 commission on each contract.
