Position: Senior Sales Engineer (panels) Reporting To: Sales, Marketing & Tendering Manager We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and drive profitable sales growth for LV/MV Electrical Panels and related solutions.???? Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies within assigned markets and customer segments. Identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors, EPCs, Project Owners, Industrial Customers, Panel Builders, and Distributors. Identify and qualify leads through market research, tender portals, consultant listings, and contractor pipelines. Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable electrical solutions. Coordinate with Tendering and Engineering Teams to prepare accurate technical and commercial offers. Review SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), specifications, and technical requirements. Support component selection and ensure compliance with project specifications. Prepare competitive quotations while maintaining targeted profit margins. Follow up on submitted offers, negotiate with customers, and support order closing. Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the sales cycle. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after order award.???? Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Solid experience in Sales / Business Development / Tendering within the electrical industry. Strong knowledge of LV/MV Panels, Switchgear, Electrical Distribution Systems, and related solutions. Good understanding of SLDs, electrical specifications, and technical offers. Experience dealing with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and industrial clients is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to understand pricing, margins, and business opportunities.
