Role Description The Commercial Manager is responsible for leading and managing all commercial activities of GSG Egypt, ensuring sustainable business growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role oversees the Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Service & Maintenance departments while driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market share, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The Commercial Manager serves as the primary commercial leader of the Egypt branch and works closely with the Country Manager to achieve revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth.
Qualifications Education• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.• MBA is preferred.________________________________________Experience• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience.• Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.• Experience within veterinary, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical equipment, or distribution industries is highly preferred.• Proven experience managing multiple commercial functions.
