Role Mission Enhance sales, communication, and service capabilities through engaging, practical, and performance-driven training initiatives that directly support business growth.???? Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Backend Business Training Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Backend teams Design result-oriented training programs based on business priorities Facilitate simulations, role-plays, and feedback sessions Track post-training performance and optimize content continuously2️⃣ Training Program Implementation Support company-level training projects and skill workshops Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams Contribute to building a strong learning culture across the organization3️⃣ Soft Skills Design & Delivery Design and facilitate programs (communication, time management, stress management, teamwork, etc.) Enhance engagement and practical impact in every session Document training cases and best practices to build a sustainable learning repository✅ Qualifications Core Competencies Strong passion for learning & development Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic) – B2 level and above Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Strong coordination & multitasking ability Resilient and emotionally stable under pressure Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools Background & Experience Bachelor’s degree (Education, Linguistics, or Management preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in training, sales, or customer service Experience in English education or telesales is a plus Familiarity with Middle Eastern market dynamics is an advantage????
