Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (Full-time, On-site) Industry: EdTech About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition efforts. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to drive student enrollment and achieve aggressive growth targets. You will be the owner of our paid media budget, responsible for maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC), and building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, and Linked In. Build and execute full-funnel campaigns, focusing on both brand awareness and high-intent conversion stages to drive student enrollment and retention. Effectively manage the advertising budget, strategically allocating spend across platforms and campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI. Optimization & Analysis:Analyze campaign performance data daily and weekly, translating insights into actionable optimizations. Monitor key metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS. Continuously optimize for target KPIs, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Lead A/B testing on all campaign elements, including ad copy, creative, audience targeting, and landing pages, to continuously improve performance. Monitor changes in advertising platform algorithms and update strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve. Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the creative and content teams to brief and produce high-performing ad creatives, videos, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience (students, parents, professionals). Prepare and deliver detailed monthly performance reports to management, outlining results, challenges, and strategic recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales goals, analyzing the complete customer journey from first click to enrollment. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns. Previous experience in the EdTech, education, or subscription-based services sector is a strong plus. Technical Skills:Platform Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager. Analytics & Tools: Deep familiarity with analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and pixel/API setup for conversion tracking. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) is advantageous. Data Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions. Core Competencies:Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop high-level marketing strategies and translate them into actionable campaign plans. Testing & Experimentation: A relentless focus on testing and optimization (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to improve performance. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Leadership: Experience managing or coordinating with a team and external partners is highly desirable.
