We’re Hiring: Senior Export Sales Manager , export sales specialist Frozen Fruits & Vegetables Pharao Planta Trade & Export is seeking an experienced Senior Export Sales Manager with a strong background in the international sales of IQF frozen fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in European and Russian markets, with the ability to acquire serious importers, develop long-term business relationships, and convert opportunities into confirmed export orders. Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach qualified importers, distributors, wholesalers, food processors, and private-label buyers.• Develop export sales across European and Russian markets.• Generate qualified leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close export deals.• Prepare professional quotations based on product specifications, packing requirements, Incoterms, and destination markets.• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.• Coordinate with suppliers, quality teams, freight forwarders, and documentation departments throughout the export process.• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, international prices, and seasonal demand. Candidate Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of proven export sales experience in frozen fruits and vegetables.• Strong, practical experience in European markets and Russia.• An active network of serious importers and potential buyers is highly preferred.• Proven ability to generate leads and secure export orders.• Good knowledge of EU product specifications, quality standards, pesticide residue requirements, microbiological requirements, traceability, and food safety compliance.• Solid understanding of export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, EUR.1, COA, and Bill of Lading.• Good knowledge of international shipping, cold-chain logistics, payment terms, and Incoterms.• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM systems.????
