We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our team in the yarn and textile sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, yarn, and finished textile products.

• Optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust plans accordingly.

• Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

• Prepare reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and planning metrics.

• Manage and lead the planning team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in production planning within the yarn or textile industry.

• Strong knowledge of yarn manufacturing processes and textile production cycles.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in spinning, weaving, operations.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Excel or data analysis tools.
