Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to build and maintain web applications that power lo la’s beauty and wellness ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, developing and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring application performance, scalability, and security. The role also includes collaborating in code reviews, writing automated tests, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to technical architecture decisions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases. Candidates should possess Full-Stack Development skills, with the ability to integrate front-end and back-end components into robust, maintainable applications. Experience with modern Java Script frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) is highly beneficial. Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
