The job holder works under the guidance and supervision of the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for managing and maintaining all electrical systems, panels, and equipment, ensuring efficient operation of production lines through preventive and periodic maintenance, and adherence to safety and industrial safety standards. The role requires experience in handling motors, generators, PLC automation systems, and troubleshooting to prevent production stoppages. Duties & Responsibilities: Supervising the maintenance, installation, and repair of all electrical systems, motors, generators, and main and sub electrical panels within the plant. Developing and implementing regular maintenance schedules (predictive and preventive) for machines and equipment to avoid sudden breakdowns. Maintaining and programming PLC/SCADA automation systems and electrical distribution panels (Low/Medium Voltage). Ensuring the continuous operation of all production equipment ( conveyors, presses, mixers) with high efficiency, and reducing downtime. Rapid response and fault diagnosis of electrical faults, and root cause analysis and repair. Ensuring full compliance with occupational and electrical safety standards (Safety Protocols) to protect personnel and equipment. Supervising electricians, allocating tasks, and training them on best practices. Identifying and sourcing necessary electrical spare parts and monitoring stock. Any new tasks as they arise.
