معالجة عمليات الترميز والتكلفة في نظام ERP (الإنتاج، المصروفات العامة، CAPEX) وتحديد allocations دقيقة إلى مراكز التكاليف أو أوامر العمل.
تسجيل ومتابعة جميع السجلات الإحصائية المتعلقة بالتكاليف.
إعداد تجميعات التكاليف والتوزيعات وفق السياسات والأدوار.
معالجة تكاليف السلع وإجراء عمليات التوزيع المطلوبة.
يراقب تكاليف الزراعة / التصنيع مقابل الميزانية.
إصدار تقارير الواقع مقابل الميزانية لمراكز التكلفة والمشاريع بشكل دوري.
تقديم بيانات تكلفة لأوامر الإنتاج أو المشاريع.
الإبلاغ عن الحالات الشاذة أو المخاطر مع التوصيات لرئيس القسم.
المشاركة في تطوير وتحسين دورة الوثائق والإجراءات والسياسات في نظام ERP الجديد.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة.
الخبرة في القطاع الزراعي مفضلة.
القدرة على تحليل المشكلات وحلها.
إتقان Excel وأدوات التحليل مثل PBI.
مهارات تنظيمية واتصال وتحليل ممتازة.
معرفة قوية بتطبيقات برامج الأعمال القياسية (MS Dynamics مفضل).
معرفة بأساليب وتقنيات ضبط التكلفة.
Process coting transactions into ERP system (production, overheads, CAPEX) and assure accurate allocation to cost centers or job orders.
Log and follow up all statistical records related to costs.
Prepare cost rollups and distributions according to policies and roles.
Process goods costing and make the required distribution transactions.
Monitors planting / manufacturing costs against budget.
Issue actual vs budget reports for cost centers and projects on regular basis.
Provide cost statements for production orders or projects.
Report abnormalities or risks with recommendations to section head.
Participate in developing and improve documentary cycle, procedures, and policies in the new ERP.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Experience in agricultural sector is preferable.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Excellent in Excel and analysis tools Like PBI.
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of standard business software applications (MS. Dynamics is preferred).
Knowledge of cost control methods and techniques.
