Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to join their team in Egypt. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with strong leadership abilities and proven expertise in financial planning, compliance, and reporting within a fast-paced and structured environment-ideally within the shipping or maritime industry.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions for the Egypt office.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and business profitability.
• Support country management and regional finance team with analytical insights.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Egyptian national.
• Qualified CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Fluent in English
• Ideally with experience in the shipping or maritime industry.
• Sound knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance in Egypt.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
