Gunners is looking for an ambitious, proactive individual to join our team in a role combining Business Development (BD) and Creator Management (CM) within the Creator Economy & Digital Content industry.
Both functions are closely connected within our business — from discovering and recruiting creators, talents, and agencies and developing new collaboration opportunities, to managing and developing creators and helping them achieve stronger performance and results.
???? Key Responsibilities Identify and recruit LIVE Streaming and Video Content Creators. Recruit UGC Creators, Gaming Creators, Streamers, and Influencers. Identify and approach Actors, Singers, Public Figures, and other talented individuals. Identify and approach Creator Agencies and LIVE Streaming Agencies to develop new partnerships and collaboration opportunities. Continuously source and approach new talent through Tik Tok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and potential partners. Manage a portfolio of creators and monitor their performance, activity, KPIs, and targets. Support creators in improving their LIVE performance, content quality, and engagement. Provide creators with ideas, guidance, support, and assistance in resolving issues. Contribute to the planning and execution of creator competitions, campaigns, events, and activities. Achieve assigned Business Development and Creator Management targets & KPIs.???? What We’re Looking For Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proactive personality with the ability to actively search for and approach creators, talents, and new opportunities. Good understanding and genuine interest in Social Media, Content Creation, and the Creator Economy. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators and tasks simultaneously. Ability to work toward Targets & KPIs and deliver measurable results. Good command of English. Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. Previous experience in Business Development, Creator Management, Recruitment, Account Management, Sales, Social Media, or Content is preferred.???? Additional Skills – Strong Advantage
You will have a strong advantage if you have one or more of the following skills:
Good videography and visual content creation skills. Video Editing / Reels / Short-form Content. Ability to develop and suggest strong Content Ideas and help creators improve their content. Previous experience as a Content Creator or Content Manager. Experience creating or managing UGC Content. Good understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, and social media trends. Previous experience in LIVE Streaming, Creator Economy, or Influencer Marketing.
You are not required to have all of these skills; having one or more will be considered a strong advantage.

Fixed Salary + Monthly KPI Bonus + Separate commissions based on Business Development and Creator Recruitment results + Additional incentives and commissions based on Creator Management performance.
