1. Maintain customer relationships and assist in consolidating high-quality clients;manage customer information to ensure the completeness and accuracy of customer resources and equipment records.2. Identify needs through interaction and communication with customers, facilitate lead-to-opportunity conversion, guide customers to purchase intention, sign contracts, and deliver products to customers.3. Manage outstanding payments, regularly reconcile accounts with customers,mitigate payment risks, minimize payment losses, and ensure payment recovery;proactively handle settlement procedures for clients who have cleared their accounts.
