Overview

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will be at the heart of our construction operations, ensuring projects are executed with precision, quality, and efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in civil engineering and construction management to oversee critical aspects of site development, from initial planning to final delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role where your contributions will directly shape the physical landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Supervise: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Technical Excellence: Apply advanced knowledge of civil engineering and architectural principles to resolve on-site challenges and optimize construction methods.

• Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship and materials.

• Resource Management: Coordinate with various teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely project progression.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project records, progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Expertise in Core Disciplines: Proven experience and strong foundational knowledge in rein enforced concrete construction work & Site execution experience in building projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated skills in Project Management, Site Supervision, AutoCAD, Structural Analysis, and Quality Control.

• Problem-Solving Prowess: A strong ability to apply critical thinking and Problem Solving skills to complex on-site challenges.

• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of effective Team Collaboration.

• Building Code Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant Building Codes and industry standards.

• Experience Level: A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil site engineering or a related field.
