Production Manager to work within a group of factories specialized in manufacturing counter panels and doors. Location: Industrial Zone, Wadi El Natrun. Type of work: Full-time. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday and Friday off). Job overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager with 7 to 15 years in furniture manufacturing, with a leadership personality and strong ability to manage teams and operational processes efficiently, achieving production and quality targets and delivery times, and continuously improving performance and operational efficiency. Tasks and responsibilities: - Full supervision of all stages of the production process inside the factory. - Prepare and implement production plans in line with company objectives and delivery plans. - Lead and manage teams, raise performance and productivity. - Follow up on work orders and ensure compliance with technical specifications and required quality. - Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehousing, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure continuous operation. - Monitor raw material consumption, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency. - Analyze performance indicators and develop plans for continuous improvement and productivity. - Monitor compliance with health and safety standards inside the factory. - Prepare periodic operational reports and submit recommendations to management. - Manage operational problems and make quick and effective decisions. - Develop operational procedures and policies to achieve growth and sustainability. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production preferred) or a suitable qualification. - At least 15 years of experience in industrial production. - Direct experience in counter/doors or office furniture or related industries preferred. - Proven experience in managing teams and operational leadership. - Leadership personality with decision-making and crisis management abilities. - Experience in production planning and optimizing operational processes. - Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and time management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to manage more than one production line and meet operational targets.
