Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the production line according to the daily production plan. Feed machines with raw materials and operating supplies. Monitor production progress and ensure continuous operation without interruption. Perform visual inspection of the product during operation to ensure it meets quality standards. Sort non-conforming products and report any defects to the production or quality supervisor. Pack and wrap final products according to operating instructions. Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area and adhere to 5S and GMP principles. Adhere to occupational safety and health (HSE) procedures and wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Assist in changing raw materials or sizes and prepare machines when production orders change. Immediately report any faults or operational issues to the line supervisor or maintenance team. Commit to target production rates and reduce waste and scrap. Contribute to inventory tasks and monitor material consumption when needed. Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the production supervisor.
