Key Responsibilities:
Support the Planning team in implementing supply chain and planning strategies. Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to align procurement schedules with project timelines. Monitor and update the status of shipments and purchase orders (POs). Prepare periodic reports and analyses on pending shipments and purchase orders. Forecast future material requirements using historical data and trend analysis. Maintain accurate planning and supply chain records within the system. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project schedules and material availability.
Requirements:
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written) Years of Experience:1-4 Years of experience in the same field. Computer/Technical Skills: MS Office - MS Project - Data Analysis - Procurement & Material Planning - Reporting & Forecasting
