تقدير كمية وتكاليف المواد.
تعديل تعليقات المستشار على QS.
إعداد وثائق العطاءات والعقود والميزانيات وBOQ وغيرها من الوثائق.
ضمان التسليم الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب لخدمات مسح الكميات للمشروعات لدينا.
التنسيق والمتابعة مع المستودع بشأن إصدار المواد tracking أي تغير في الكميات.
العمل كحلقة وصل بين الموقع وفريق المكتب الفني.
إصدار QS المعد للمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على الموافقة النهائية من مدير الهندسة.
المتطلبات
1-4 سنوات خبرة ذات صلة.
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
خبرة باستخدام Revit، MS Office وMS Excel، AutoCAD.
مهارات تنظيم قوية وإدارة الوقت، والقدرة على تحديد الأولويات.
مهارات اتصال وتواصل بين الأشخاص ممتازة.
مهارات تحليلية، نقدية ومنطقية قوية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل عند الحاجة.
Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and specifications.
Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
Amend the consultant's comments on the QS.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's and other documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveying services for our projects.
Liaise and follow up with the warehouse on the materials issuing and track any variation of the quantities.
Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team.
Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.
Requirements
1-4 relevant years of experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Using Revit, MS Office and MS Excel, AutoCAD.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
