Job Description
* Responsible receive guests in any outlet and escort them to tables by standard way.
* Assigned to work in bars or restaurant
* Inform customers about order alternatives and encourage the sales of targeted services.
* Deliver maximum service in each unit, keeping in line with service rules.
* Maintain and any personal belongings of customers those have been left in the workstation and hand such belongings over to her supervisors.
* Comply with the departmental instructions and procedures published by the F&B Department.
* Carry out duties according to the practices and operational standards identified by the Food and Beverage Manager.
* Comply with operational rules.
* Plan working hours as deemed appropriate by the Food and Beverage Manager. Act according to the weekly work schedule and working hours.
* Attend the orientation training.
* Undergo two performance assessments each year.
* Strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Education: At least a high school or vocational diploma
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the industry.
* Foreign Language: English is required.
* Courses and Training: Vocational trainings and seminars.
* Computer Literacy: Not required.
* Skills: Basic knowledge of the products and services in the related field

* المسؤول عن استقبال الضيوف في أي منفذ ومرافقتهم إلى الطاولات وفق الطريقة القياسية.
* مخصص للعمل في البارات أو المطعم
* إعلام العملاء بخيارات الطلب وتشجيع بيع الخدمات المستهدفة.
* تقديم الحد الأقصى من الخدمة في كل وحدة، بما يتماشى مع قواعد الخدمة.
* الحفاظ على أي ممتلكات شخصية للضيوف قد تُركت في مكان العمل وتسليمها إلى مشرفيها.
* الامتثال لتعليمات وإجراءات القسم المنشورة من قبل قسم الأغذية والمشروبات.
* أداء الواجبات وفق الممارسات والمعايير التشغيلية المحددة من قبل مدير الأغذية والمشروبات.
* الامتثال لقواعد التشغيل.
* تخطيط ساعات العمل كما يراه مدير الأغذية والمشروبات مناسباً. العمل وفق جدول العمل الأسبوعي وساعات العمل.
* حضور التدريب التعريفي.
* الخضوع لتقييمين للأداء كل عام.
* السعي لتحقيق رضا العملاء بنسبة 100%.
المؤهلات
* التعليم: شهادة على الأقل الثانوية العامة أو دبلوم فني
* الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال.
* اللغة الأجنبية: اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة.
* الدورات والتدريب: تدريبات مهنية وندوات.
* الإلمام بالحاسوب: غير مطلوب.
* المهارات: معرفة أساسية بالمنتجات والخدمات في المجال ذي الصلة
