Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, update, implement and maintain the BIM workflow , protocols ; and standards

Provide support in the BIM adoption guidelines and the required toolset and workflows

Deliver BIM training and awareness sessions on related software and standards

Provide recommendations for the model division strategy.

Offer technical advice in developing the BEP

Supervise file setup and linking processes.

Provide technical support for the design team

Support preparing federated models in 3D coordination software and run clashes.

Overlook the BIM submission and define any related procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Structural/Construction engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Design and Construction experience.
• Experience in Structural Design and analysis tools including STAAD, SAP, Etap and SAFE
• Extensive experience working with BIM processes.
• Authoring technical documentation such as standards and workflow.
• Good understanding of Information Management according to ISO19650 standards and requirements.
• Good knowledge of Engineering design and Information Management systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Tekla , and Navisworks
• Experience in computational design using Dynamo and Grasshopper
• Experience in delivering training/learning.
