About this Role

We are seeking a skilled IT project delivery professional to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring successful execution from feasibility through to closure. The role focuses on driving collaboration across cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with timelines and quality standards, and delivering measurable outcomes that support organisational objectives.

What you ll do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and milestones.
• Facilitate regular interactions with project stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve issues effectively.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure adherence to defined quality standards and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring clarity and transparency across stakeholders.
• Prepare and present status reports, consolidating insights from data analysis and project updates.
• Manage change requests, ensuring all stakeholders understand impacts on timelines and budgets.
• Support development of user documentation, training materials, and handover processes to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and secure acceptance of deliverables during and after project completion.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Who you are

• Demonstrated experience (typically 6 8 years) delivering large-scale IT or ERP projects or programmes.
• Proven ability to lead diverse project teams and deliver outcomes within agreed timelines.
• Strong understanding of established project delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience managing budgets and overseeing complex project environments.
• Familiarity with ERP implementation and infrastructure or construction-related projects.
• Educational background in a relevant field (bachelor s or master s degree).
• Professional certification such as PMP is advantageous.
