ملخص الوظيفة يدير وينسّق مشاريع رأس المال والتشغيل الموكلة إلى قسم الهندسة. يشرف على عملية تقديم العطاءات، والتنسيق مع المدينة، والمتعهدين والفواتير لضمان التنفيذ الناجح لجميع المشاريع الموكلة. يدير الأداء المستمر واليومي للمستشارين، والبائعين، والموردين والمتعهدين. يطور ويدير جداول زمنية للمشروعات للتحقق من تحقيق أهداف تنفيذ المشروع وتقليل الآثار السلبية على تجربة الضيوف.
الملف المرشح المطلوب
التعليم والخبرة شهادة الثانوية العامة أو GED؛ 6 سنوات خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والهندسة والصيانة أو مجال مهني ذو صلة. أو درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة معتمدة في البناء والتشييد، الهندسة، الميكانيكا، أو تخصص ذو صلة؛ 4 سنوات خبرة في الهندسة والصيانة، إدارة المشاريع أو مجال مهني ذو صلة.

Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY Manages and coordinates capital and operating projects assigned to the Engineering division. Oversees the bid process, city coordination, contractors and billing to ensure the successful execution of all assigned projects. Manages ongoing and daily performance of consultants, vendors, suppliers and contractors. Develops and manages project timelines to verify project execution goals are achieved and to minimize negative effects on guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; 6 years experience in the project management, engineering and maintenance or related professional area. OR Bachelor s degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major; 4 year experience in the engineering and maintenance, project management or related professional area.
