Job Announcement: Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer (7 - 10 Years Experience) Construction Power is searching for a leadership-driven "Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer" to head our MEP technical office operations. Key Responsibilities:• Lead, mentor, and review the outputs of the mechanical technical office team.• Oversee the preparation and approval cycles of complex shop drawings for (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing).• Resolve major technical conflicts and multi-disciplinary clashes (Clash Resolution).• Manage large-scale quantity surveying (BOQ) and supervise material procurement/submittals.• Handle technical correspondence with consultants/clients and lead coordination meetings.• Ensure all designs and engineering outputs comply with project quality standards, budget, and timeline. Requirements & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.• 7 to 10 years of experience in the MEP Technical Office of top-tier construction firms.• Advanced expert proficiency in Auto CAD and Revit.• Strong leadership qualities, team management, and effective communication skills.• Extensive experience in BIM projects and multidisciplinary coordination.
