Teleperformance Egypt is hiring English-speaking Technical Support Agents to join our support teams in New Cairo.
This role is ideal for graduates who are interested in technical troubleshooting, structured learning, and stable income with additional performance rewards.
Job Details• Location: New Cairo, Egypt• Employment Type: Full-time• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts
Compensation & Benefits• Net salary up to 20,000 EGP (including KPIs)• Quarterly bonus up to195 Euros• Monthly incentives up to 200 USD• Fully paid technical training• Transportation provided• Medical and social insurance
Key Responsibilities• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently• Guide customers through solutions in a clear and professional manner• Meet quality and performance KPIs• Follow technical support procedures and guidelines
Requirements• University graduates only• English proficiency B2 or above• Interest in technical support and problem-solving• Strong communication skills
