Role Description We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Supervisor for a full-time role based in Al Giza / 6 Oct / Egypt. The On-Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating staff, monitoring progress, maintaining compliance with company protocols, and identifying any issues requiring resolution. This role requires excellent leadership, organization, and communication capabilities.
Qualifications Proficiency in team management, resource allocation, and conflict resolution. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Knowledge of compliance standards, occupational safety, and adherence to company protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to project needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams and liaise with stakeholders effectively. Relevant professional experience in project supervision, operations management, or site coordination. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience at the same title. Flexible to work outside Cairo & Al-Giza
