Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Damanhur. The Salesperson will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their needs, providing product recommendations, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, handling inquiries, closing sales, and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets while promoting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales skills, including persuasive communication and customer relationship management Product knowledge, with the ability to explain technical features and compare items Interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Basic computer skills for record-keeping and handling sales software Experience in retail or a similar role is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment
