⁦⁦ WE ARE HIRING SUPPLY CHAIN & PLANNING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:· Creating constrained capacity production plans within the planning horizon and reviewing detailed line scheduling plans.· Creating Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventories.· Identifying risks and opportunities and proposing constrained scenarios to maximize service.· Validating production and material plans in Weekly Plan Review Meeting.· Validating medium and long-term material availability based on supplier feedback.· Monitoring Purchase Requisition (PR) conversions and release of Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.· Monitoring Suppliers' performance and providing feedback to Procurement.· Checking materials' availability and proposing actions for excess or shortages.· Creating inventory projections for Raw Material Planning Meeting (RMPM) ensuring alignment to targets, analyzing gaps and proposing mitigation actions.· Reviewing weekly provision snapshot to be shared with Finance.⁦Qualifications:· A degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering is required.· 1-3 year of experience in Supply chain planning, including inventory management.· Strong analytical skills and mastery of planning methodologies and optimization.· Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to interact with multicultural teams spread across different geographies.· Good numerical abilities.· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
