We are currently looking for warm, confident and service-driven Guest Relation Officer (German Speaking) to join our team in Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt for an exciting on-site role. The Guest Relation Officer will warmly welcome and assist guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling guest feedback, facilitating communication between guests and the hotel team, completing receptionist duties, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
What we are looking for:Fluent German (mandatory) Good English Professional appearance and communication skills Strong proficiency in Guest Relations and a commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Positive personality with natural hospitality mindset Friendly, approachable demeanor with problem-solving abilities to handle diverse guest needs Prior experience in hospitality or a similar field is an advantage Ability to work on-site in Hurghada and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
