Key responsibilities ✅ Lead daily AP & AR operations and team activities✅ Coordinate with European HQ accounting teams✅ Manage bank payments, international transfers, and payment service providers✅ Oversee bank and credit card reconciliations and payment allocations✅ Ensure accurate invoice processing and resolve discrepancies✅ Support reporting, analytics, and closing activities
Key role requirements:✅ Bachelor’s degree.✅ Minimum English language level: B2 (upper intermediate)✅ 4–5 years in AP/AR with team lead experience✅ Strong analytical and data-driven skills✅ Experience with supplier invoice & international accounting systems✅ Advanced MS Excel✅Tourism industry experience is a plus
