Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with corporate goals. Establish and enhance HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, training, performance management, and promotions. Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract high-caliber talent. Oversee personnel administration, payroll, compensation, benefits, and social insurance processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant employment regulations. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance work environment. Manage performance appraisal systems and succession planning frameworks. Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and at least 3 years experience as HR Manager Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices. Proven leadership and people management capabilities. Strategic thinking with strong execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
